GENERAL NOTARIZATION
Professional Notary Services You Can Trust
As a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Florida, I serve as an impartial witness to the signing of important documents. My role is to verify the identity of signers, ensure their willingness to sign without duress, and confirm their understanding of the document's contents.
Services Provided:
-
Acknowledgments: Formally declaring that a signature is a voluntary act.
-
Oaths & Affirmations: Administering a pledge to truthfulness (e.g., for affidavits).
-
Copy Certifications: Attesting that a copy of a non-vital document is a true reproduction.
-
Jurats: Witnessing the signing of a document and administering an oath.
Important Requirements:
-
Physical Presence: Per Florida law, the signer must be physically present before the Notary at the time of notarization.
-
Identification: Signers must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Florida Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, or Military ID).
-
Document Completion: Documents must be complete with no blank spaces prior to notarization.
Notice: I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Statutory fees for Florida Notaries are set at $10.00 per seal per Florida Statute 117.05.
Certified Loan Signing Agent (LSA)
I provide specialized mobile notary services for the mortgage and real estate industry. I am trained to handle sensitive loan documents and ensure they are executed accurately and returned promptly to the title company or lender.
What to Expect During Your Appointment:
-
Document Overview: I will guide you through your loan package (Closing Disclosure, Note, Deed of Trust, etc.) and identify where signatures, initials, and dates are required.
-
Neutral Third Party: As a signing agent, I act as a neutral witness. I cannot explain the financial terms of your loan or provide legal opinions on your contract.
-
Error-Free Execution: I perform a triple-check of all documents to ensure no missed signatures or stamps, preventing delays in your funding.
-
Prompt Return: Completed packages are dropped at the required courier (FedEx/UPS) immediately following the appointment.
